Instagram Gewinnspiel – #giveaway
- Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Instagram und wird in keiner Weise von Instagram gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert. Der Empfänger der vom Teilnehmer bereitgestellten Informationen ist nicht Instagram, sondern Designerherz (BushPreppers/Prepperguide) als Betreiber des @bushprepper Instagram Accounts (BushPrepper) (kurz: „Veranstalter“). Die bereitgestellten Informationen werden einzig für das Gewinnspiel verwendet. Eine Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist ausschließlich zu den hier aufgeführten Bedingungen möglich. Mit der Teilnahme erkennt der Teilnehmer diese Teilnahmebedingungen ausdrücklich an. Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Vorankündigung und ohne Angabe von Gründen abzubrechen oder zu beenden.
- Teilnahmeberechtigt am Gewinnspiel sind alle, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Die Teilnahme mit gefälschten Identitäten oder mit Identitäten von Dritten ist nicht erlaubt.
- Das Gewinnspiel beginnt am 20.03.2020 um 17:00 Uhr und endet am 27.03.2020 um 18:30 Uhr.
- Zu gewinnen gibt es1x AMAZONAS Ultralight Hammock Moskito Traveller, 1x Sea to Summit Pocket Trowel Alloy, 1x Round Aluminum Can, wie auf der Abbildung des Gewinnspielposts ersichtlich.
- Die Anmeldung zum Gewinnspiel erfolgt über folgende Bedingungen.
– Folgt @bushprepper
– Like das Bild und tagge in den Kommentaren mindestens 2 Freunde. Je mehr Freunde Du erwähnst, desto höher ist Deine Gewinnchance. - Bilder und Kommentare, die gegen die Instagram-Richtlinien, deutsches Recht, unsere Netiquette und/oder das Copyright verstoßen, werden nach Kenntnisnahme ohne Ankündigung entfernt. Der Teilnehmer ist damit von der Verlosung ausgeschlossen.
- Die Verlosung des Gewinns erfolgt nach Ablauf des Durchführungszeitraumes unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit.
- Der Gewinner wird über die Direct Message Funktion von Instagram auf Instagram informiert. Gewinner müssen innerhalb von 5 Werktagen (ab Gewinnbenachrichtigung) ihre Kontakt- und Adressdaten per „Direct Message“ an die @bushprepper Instagram-Seite oder per E-Mail an info@bushpreppers.com melden. Sollten Gewinner die Annahme des Gewinnes in dieser Zeit nicht bestätigen, verfällt ihr Anspruch auf den Gewinn ersatzlos. Es wird dann nach gleichem Vorgehen ein Ersatzgewinner ermittelt. Eine Verpflichtung zur Annahme des Gewinnes besteht nicht. Eine Barauszahlung / Umtausch ist nicht möglich.
- Soweit im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels personenbezogene Daten von Teilnehmern erfasst werden, werden diese vom Veranstalter ausschließlich zum Zwecke der Durchführung des Gewinnspiels erhoben, verarbeitet und genutzt sowie nach Beendigung des Gewinnspiels gelöscht. Der Teilnehmer erklärt sich damit ausdrücklich einverstanden. Der Teilnehmer kann diese Zustimmung jederzeit durch Brief, Fax oder E-Mail widerrufen. Für die Korrektheit und Vollständigkeit seiner abgeschickten Daten ist der Teilnehmer selbst verantwortlich.
- Die Gewinne werden dem Gewinner per Post an die angegebene Anschrift innerhalb Europas kostenfrei gesendet. Mit Übergabe des Gewinns an eine Transportperson geht die Gefahr auf den Gewinner über. Für Lieferschäden sind wir nicht verantwortlich.
- Die personenbezogenen Daten der Teilnehmer werden vom Veranstalter unter Beachtung der datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen genutzt und erhoben. Die Einwilligung kann jederzeit durch Löschung des entsprechenden Beitrags widerrufen werden. In diesem Fall erklärt der Teilnehmer zugleich, an dem Gewinnspiel nicht mehr teilzunehmen. Der Gewinn ist weder übertragbar, noch kann der Gewinn getauscht oder in bar ausgezahlt werden. Es gilt deutsches Recht. Der Rechtsweg, Garantie oder Gewährleistung ist ausgeschlossen.

Instagram competition – #giveaway
The competition is not related to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but rather Designerherz (BushPreppers / Prepperguide) as the operator of the @bushprepper Instagram account (BushPrepper) (short: „Organizer“). The information provided will only be used for the competition. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without notice and without giving reasons.
Anyone who has reached the age of 18 is eligible to participate in the competition. Participation with fake identities or with third party identities is not permitted.
The competition begins on March 20, 2020 at 5.00 p.m. and ends on March 27, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.
You can win 1x AMAZONAS Ultralight Hammock Moskito Traveller, 1x Sea to Summit Pocket Trowel Alloy, 1x Round Aluminum Can, as shown in the picture of the competition post.
Registration for the competition is subject to the following conditions.

– Like the picture and tag at least 2 friends in the comments. The more friends you mention, the higher your chance of winning.
Images and comments that violate the Instagram guidelines, German law, our netiquette and / or the copyright will be removed after notice without notice. The participant is therefore excluded from the raffle.
The prize will be raffled after the end of the implementation period, with the public excluded.
The winner will be informed about the direct message function from Instagram on Instagram. Winners must report their contact and address details via „Direct Message“ to the @bushprepper Instagram page or by e-mail to info@bushpreppers.com within 5 working days (from notification of winning). If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize during this time, their claim to the prize will lapse without replacement. A substitute winner will then be determined using the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize. A cash payment / exchange is not possible.
Insofar as personal data of participants is collected in the context of the competition, these are collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition and deleted after the competition has ended. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant can revoke this consent at any time by letter, fax or email. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the submitted data.
The prizes will be sent to the winner free of charge by post to the specified address within Europe. When the prize is handed over to a transport person, the risk passes to the winner. We are not responsible for delivery damage.
The organizer uses and collects the participants‘ personal data in compliance with data protection regulations. The consent can be revoked at any time by deleting the corresponding contribution. In this case, the participant also declares that they will no longer participate in the competition. The prize is not transferable, and the prize cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. German law applies. The legal process, guarantee or warranty is excluded.
